At Scentimade, each of our products is custom-made specifically for you. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for personalized items, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. Please read below for more details on our policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are here to make it right. Please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Send an email to Scentimade@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Provide Proof: Include a clear photo of the item showing the issue, along with a description of the damage or defect.

Once we have received your email and assessed the issue, we reserve the right to offer a replacement before issuing any refunds, in line with UK consumer law.

2.⁠ ⁠Exclusions

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

• The item has been made correctly according to your specifications.
• There is a change of mind after the order is placed.
