Do I need to crop my photo?
Nope our talented team here at Scentimade will take care of cropping your photo for free. All you need to decide is which photo you want to hang.
Which photos are best?
High-resolution photos with good lighting, taken straight on and clearly showing the full face, body, or car, will give the best results
Can I use more than one face?
Absolutely! Just ensure both faces are visible in the photo and let us know how you'd like it cropped in the text box at checkout.
Is the photo printed on both sides?
Yes, your submitted photo will appear on both sides of the air freshener. To keep its custom shape, the image will be mirrored on one side.
Can I upload any photo?
Yes, as long as your photo follows our guidelines regarding logos, celebrities, and R-rated content, we’re happy to create one for you!
Can I use a logo?
We’re legally unable to use copyrighted logos, images, characters, phrases, or bitmojis without the owner’s permission. If you own the logo you'd like us to use, please email it to Support@scentimade.com before placing your order.
Can I use a photo of a celebrity?
We’re legally not allowed to use the image or likeness of a celebrity or athlete for profit without their permission.
What is our R-Rated Policy?
To ensure respect for all drivers and passengers, we have an R-Rated Policy that prevents us from using overly vulgar or inappropriate images or gestures in our designs.
Orders
How many air fresheners come in an order?
Unlike many other companies that require a minimum order of 100, our air fresheners are available to purchase individually.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because our products are highly customized, turnaround times may vary depending on order volume. Orders are typically processed, printed, and shipped within 3–9 business days after payment. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Whether your order can be edited depends on its current status in our system. If you’d like to make a change, just email us at Support@Scentify.com — we’ll do our best to help!
Local Laws
Some countries have laws against hanging items from your rearview mirror. While there are plenty of great spots to display your car air freshener, be sure to check your local and state regulations before hanging it from your mirror.

My order appears to be stuck in transit
If your tracking link shows that your order hasn’t moved from the same location for several days, it’s possible it was lost in transit by USPS. Please email us at Support@Scentimade.com — we’re here to help!
My order was never delivered
If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven’t received it, try checking with neighbors or others in your household. It’s often the case that someone else picked it up or it was mistakenly delivered nearby. If no one has seen it, please email us at Support@Scentimade.com — we’ll be happy to help!
